The Raglan Building
The aim of the project is to acquire and develop the portion of the Raglan building, not required by its current owners Slemish n tha Braid Credit Union.
The building will be transformed into a multipurpose business/community hub, which will be used by both local community organisations and businesses alike.

Rules
The project will be managed and lead by the Raglan Community Development and Renovation Society. The Society will create shared areas for public use and a roof terrace for cultural events and new enterprises.
The Society will generate income from: rent from offices and workshops; room hire; and contracts with public authorities and charities.
- 843 square feet of workspace renovated in this phase
- 6 business spaces including community space renovated in this phase
- £412,000 target to pay for refurbishment in this phase
- £120,000 minimum target needed to proceed with grants and loans
- £100 minimum and £20,000 maximum investment per member
We are a community cooperative of local people working for the continuing regeneration of Harryville through the regeneration of the Raglan site.
